Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant and After School Club Assistant to join our vibrant and inclusive primary school community in Hackney.

About the Role:

This dual-role position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied and rewarding environment. You will:

1. Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs during the school day.
2. Implement tailored support strategies, helping to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
3. Support individuals or small groups to access learning and develop social skills.
4. Take a lead role in delivering engaging activities as part of our After School Club provision.

1. Someone with experience supporting children in a school or childcare setting (behaviour support experience is highly desirable).
