Role Responsibilities
  • Preparation and cooking of food
  • Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy
  • Following health and safety regulations at all times
  • Delivering a world-class customer experience to customers and staff
  • Assisting in all kitchen areas for prep days, match days, and functions
  • Organizing and assisting in the preparation and presentation of all food service at the required time, according to the Service Level Agreement, clients, customers, and Sodexo's standards
  • Ensuring all food is prepared with care, paying particular attention to customers' dietary requirements and allergens
The Ideal Candidate
  • Chef experience is essential
  • Experience preferably in a contract catering environment
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to follow instructions and supervise a small team
  • Knowledge of health & safety and food safety standards
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Attention to detail and adherence to standards
