You'll proactively manage your tasks, collaborate with colleagues, and communicate effectively with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners, contributing to transparent reporting and long-term value. Your responsibilities include:

• Acting as a key contact within the firm alongside the Partner.
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their businesses.
• Identifying new audit opportunities and informing the Partner.
• Representing the firm at marketing events and staying informed about our services.
• Recruiting, developing, and motivating team members, including participating in graduate recruitment and managing appraisal processes.
• Completing assignments within budgets and timelines, and identifying additional billing opportunities.

Technical Skills

• ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or equivalent.
• Experience managing people.
• Knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting.
• Understanding of financial products, regulation, and compliance, including anti-money laundering.
• Experience with controls testing, substantive audits, consolidations, group audits, and disclosures.
• Project management experience.
