About the role

As a Unit Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you will lead clinical care delivery for residents on your designated unit. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading care and nursing teams to meet residents' medical, physical, and emotional needs
  • Providing strong leadership to maintain and improve care standards
  • Overseeing clinical elements and managing risks
  • Ensuring timely completion and review of care plans and risk assessments
  • Acting as the Named Nurse for residents, overseeing care profiles
  • Managing medication processes, including ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal
