QEHS Assistant

QEHS Assistant – (Reporting and Administration)

Location: Hybrid – Pirin Court – E16

This role supports Telent's Transport Asset Management business in achieving high standards in Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Assurance, in accordance with UK legislation, directives, operational requirements, and customer standards.

The QEHS Assistant will be mentored by the QEHS Manager to develop their knowledge and skills by assisting with process implementation, minimizing injuries, and promoting an effective QEHS culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage QEHS KPI Data and Reporting using Microsoft Power Platform and Office Suite
  • Maintain Planned QEHS Briefings using software like Page Tiger
  • Collaborate with departments to enhance KPI reporting
  • Participate in meetings and record minutes
  • Develop QEHS knowledge and skills
  • Support areas such as contract portfolios, KPI gap analysis, incident investigations, campaigns, workshops, documentation, and root cause analysis
  • Assist the QEHS Manager and team as needed
Additional Responsibilities:
  • QEHS KPI Data Administration
  • Monitoring and Reporting QEHS Performance
  • Promoting QEHS best practices
  • Supporting client relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with EHS legislation and industry standards
  • Supporting operational staff with QEHS
  • Implementing QEHS policies and procedures effectively
Qualifications / Skills:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform and Office Suite
Desirable but not essential:
  • Knowledge of QEHS systems
  • Experience in Rail, Metro, or Road environments
