A school located in Harlow, Essex is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join them from March/April 2025 on a full time & permanent contract to work alongside children with special educational needs.

This primary school is based within walking distance of the local station and bus routes in Harlow, Essex, and is also very accessible via bus and car.
For these SEN Teaching Assistant positions, the school is seeking 2 SEN Teaching Assistants who either have experience working with children with SEN or are recent graduates in Education, Psychology, Criminology, or an SEN-related degree who want to work with special educational needs.
The students in this mainstream primary school have a variety of special educational needs including ASD, ADHD, challenging behaviour, or learning difficulties. If you have experience working 1-2-1 with SEN or have a passion for supporting children with additional needs, then these could be the roles for you.
These positions are within EYFS, KS1, or KS2, so depending on your experience and preference, please get in touch to discuss the roles available at this school.
You will be supporting your dedicated child in the classroom, helping the class teacher. Your main role will be to build a rapport with your allocated child and help them feel confident in and out of the classroom, ensuring they receive the best possible education.
