We’re looking for a dynamic Renewable Energy Solicitor to join our client, a leading forward-thinking law firm. The ideal candidate will have circa 3 years PQE.

You will support major renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, hydro, battery storage, and emerging clean technologies. Your responsibilities will include advising developers, funders, and operators on high-value, high-impact deals, conducting due diligence on portfolios of energy projects for sponsors, investors, and funders, and providing regulatory and commercial legal advice and contracts such as PPA's, EPC, and O&M.

Exciting projects include: Wind, Solar, Hydro, Geothermal, Bioenergy, etc.
