A leading university is seeking a Re-Entry Advisor to assist students in navigating the re-entry application process. This role involves building rapport with students, advising on academic and personal concerns, and connecting them with necessary resources. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in higher education, particularly in student retention.

40 hours per week; Typically 9AM to 6PM with some variation Mon- Fri.; additional weekend or evenings may be required based on business need.
Potential for travel to conferences, college fairs, and recruitment/community events.
The Re-Entry Advisor is responsible for driving re-entry enrollments to the campus by guiding the student through the re-entry application process. This is done by building rapport with each student to gain insight into their educational goals along with matching the student's needs with Herzing University's offerings. The Re-Entry Advisor will be advising students on academic and personal concerns as well as identifying support channels and outlining all requirements for re-entry.
Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan. The hourly pay range for this position is $23.17 to $31.39.
Ideal candidate will live near one of the South-Region campuses - Atlanta, Birmingham, Akron, New Orleans, Nashville.
