The team has an outstanding reputation in contentious probate, representing trustees, executors, and beneficiaries in disputes that involve:

Claims under the Inheritance Act

Will validity challenges

Executor and trustee disputes

The Ideal Candidate:

2-5 years PQE or equivalent experience as a CILEX, with no upper limit on PQE

ACTAPS and/or STEP qualifications are desirable but not essential
