Home Manager – Edwinstowe

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

Location: Edwinstowe

Are you a dedicated and experienced care home manager looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager to lead a well-established care home based in Edwinstowe, with a CQC rating of Good.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the care home with 49 beds
2. Ensure high standards of care are maintained
3. Manage and lead a team, fostering a positive and supportive environment
4. Maintain and enhance the CQC rating and ensure compliance with all regulations
5. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and resident satisfaction

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

1. Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a care home setting
2. Proven track record in leading teams and managing the operation of a care home
3. Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
5. Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of residents
