What you'll be doing:

Our Maidenhead Data Centre is at the heart of innovation, working with a variety of exciting technologies and software. You'll play a key role in making sure our customers stay happy by helping them resolve any issues they face. From troubleshooting to keeping customer platforms up and running, you'll be hands-on and vital to our operations.

No two days will be the same - expect variety, challenge and lots of learning!

We want to hear from you if you:
  • Have some hands-on hardware experience - whether it's building PCs for yourself or friends or working on enterprise-level hardware, we want to hear from you
  • Have experience or knowledge of OS installation
  • Have exposure to Cisco networking gear
  • Understand great customer service and how to keep customers satisfied
  • Are open to shift work (we provide 24/7 support to customers)
