About KBR and the Project

KBR Government Solutions delivers diverse, fast-paced projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, including work for UK and overseas Governments in sectors such as defence, infrastructure, facilities management, and construction. Our projects range from military life support services to Portfolio, Programme & Project management, and consultancy, ensuring variety in daily tasks.

We work on the Ministry of Justice & Home Office South Contract, providing services through an Estates Intelligence Model, utilizing a central Computer Aided Facilities Management system to monitor contractual requirements. Our services include Helpdesk support, Real-time Reporting, Building Surveys, Fire Risk Assessments, Compliance Audits, and statutory property maintenance.

About the Role

Our contact centre offers opportunities for enthusiastic Operators across various shifts:

  • 4 on 4 off
  • Monday – Friday (days)
  • Saturday – Wednesday (days)
  • Sunday – Thursday (nights)

Under supervision, you will answer calls promptly, following guidelines, and use your knowledge of company policies to meet client needs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial contact point for customers, recording requests and providing relevant information.
  • Coordinate customer service requests with the supply chain and follow up on work orders.
  • Resolve queries and complaints through first call resolution.
  • Create accurate data records to facilitate timely requests resolution.
  • Improve customer perception by exceeding expectations and delivering timely solutions.
  • Own your performance, seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Stay updated with team changes.
  • Follow KBR's Zero Harm policy for safety.

Qualifications include GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English and eligibility for security clearance.
