We work on the Ministry of Justice & Home Office South Contract, providing services through an Estates Intelligence Model, utilizing a central Computer Aided Facilities Management system to monitor contractual requirements. Our services include Helpdesk support, Real-time Reporting, Building Surveys, Fire Risk Assessments, Compliance Audits, and statutory property maintenance.
About the Role

Under supervision, you will answer calls promptly, following guidelines, and use your knowledge of company policies to meet client needs.
Core Responsibilities
Qualifications include GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English and eligibility for security clearance.
