Due to growth, we are seeking three Skilled Painters based at our East Cowes facility. We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates.

This role involves carrying out paint preparation on various contracts to meet drawing, specification, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications

Suitable applicants will demonstrate the following:

• Appropriate signed Indentures of Apprenticeship and/or certification in relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ in Paint, Paint Treatments, or Materials Processing and Finishing (Surface Finishing).
• Keen eye for detail and competence in paint preparation, primer, bonding, and finishing techniques.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and availability to work all shift patterns and overtime as required.

Desirable:

• Previous experience within the aerospace industry is advantageous.
