About Lionheart School

Lionheart School is a pupil referral unit supporting some of the most vulnerable young people on the island. We are seeking a Deputy Headteacher responsible for managing the following areas:

  • On-site Medical Provision
  • Off-site Medical Provision
  • Medical Provision
  • Operational/Strategic
  • Deployment of Trauma-Informed Therapies
  • Development of Speech and Language Therapies

Lionheart School provides a stimulating and nurturing environment for students unable to attend mainstream schools due to medical needs, emotional vulnerabilities, or social and emotional difficulties.

Our aim is to be a Trauma-Informed and Therapeutic Centre of Excellence, working collaboratively with children, their parents, and home schools.
