Job Title: Exam Production Technician

We are currently looking for an Exam Production Technician on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract within the ACCA Qualifications team. We operate a 'digital-first' approach, offering flexible working locations.
The Job
Reporting to the Exam Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Create and manage multiple production schedules for exam content, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Lead and coordinate external academic experts and finance professionals involved in exam production.
- Deliver training on systems and exam setting considerations to external experts to ensure quality delivery of CBEs.
- Ensure compliance with all ACCA and regulatory requirements related to exam production and delivery.
- Perform quality assurance checks on question submissions and oversee house-style reviews to maintain exam integrity.
- Utilize system codes to construct exams, verifying settings, functionality, and house-style.
- Complete final publishing validations to ensure exams are accurate and operational for all students.
- Act in accordance with regulatory recommendations to ensure compliance of ACCA exams.
- Maintain expertise across Exam Production software systems.
- Coordinate with third-party stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and support system and payment inquiries.
- Represent Exams Production in project and operational meetings to support ACCA's objectives.

- Motivation, proactivity, enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Excellent communication skills for advising at all levels, including senior management.
- Relevant experience in administrative or exam production roles, preferably within the education sector or a professional body.
