At Vintage Cash Cow, our Logistics Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of stock throughout our facility. As the backbone of operations, we support multiple departments by managing the intake, organisation, and dispatch of customer items. Our team thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where adaptability and teamwork are key.

As a Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing stock, organising warehouse spaces, and supporting the overall workflow within the business. You will work as part of a team to ensure that items are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a well-organised working environment.

  • Unload and check in daily deliveries of boxes from customers.
  • Use bespoke technology to register boxes into our system.
  • Unpack items and categorise them into appropriate sections.
  • Repack and prepare items for return to customers.
  • Assist in organising warehouse storage and maintaining stock flow.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient movement of stock between departments.
  • Provide support in sorting stock for external dispatch.
  • Move and handle heavy boxes (up to 30kg) safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organised working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve logistics processes.
  • Support warehouse organisation and stock control improvements.
  • Assist in the continuous optimisation of logistics procedures.
  • Take responsibility for the efficient handling and categorisation of stock.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between logistics and other departments.
Key Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or stock handling is beneficial but not required—full training is provided.
  • Late Shift: 3:30pm – 10:00pm.
  • Working days: Monday to Friday.
  • Contracted hours: Weekly 32.5 hours, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day.
