Contract: Fixed term - 12 months (Employment will be with Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust but involve collaborative working within the Humber Health Partnership, York & Scarborough NHS Foundation Trust and the Humber & North Yorkshire Cancer Alliance.)

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week
