You’ll be joining us at our Old Market Street practice in central Bristol.
We will work with you to agree on the hours you wish to work.

• Fantastic earnings potential from a private and NHS mix that’s right for you; by year two, on average, our newly qualified dentists have achieved a 50 / 50 split between NHS and private.
• 50% revenue split on all private work.
• You can choose to have an in-practice clinical mentor on hand to guide and support you for at least three days per week for your first six months.
• With a UDA allocation, you will enjoy an NHS pension as well as access to NHS long-term sick pay and NHS maternity / paternity / adoption pay.
• Choice of working hours and location to suit you when you join and into the future when things change. Opportunity to consider hours that will work around DCT placements.
• Access to the Clinical Development Advisor for your location for support to develop your career and grow your revenue.
• You are joining the largest peer network in UK dentistry of over 3,000 dentists, and you can choose to be connected with other newly qualified dentists who join mydentist at the same time as you.

• Through our Academy, you will attend a specific newly qualified dentist face-to-face induction.
