Job Description:

Gecko Travel Recruitment is working with a leading travel business. They are seeking a Reservations Administrator to join their operations team, supporting booking processes and providing customer service.

The Role:

You will provide administrative support to the reservations team, including processing invoices, dispatching travel documents, and rebooking services. The role also involves handling booking changes and communicating amendments from suppliers.

You Will Have:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence using Amadeus or Galileo
  • Knowledge of global destinations and travel products
  • Experience handling queries via phone and email
  • Ability to manage booking queues and documentation
