Job description

My client is looking for an exceptional computational biologist to help with training large-scale AI models to ensure these models are performing correctly and generating novel insights into disease etiology.
Your Tasks
  1. Using your expertise in Single Cell and Spatial Biology, lead the analysis and interpretation of these datasets.
  2. Lead the curation and organization of datasets to ensure appropriate analysis.
  3. Work cross-functionally with AI scientists and wet lab biologists to identify novel therapeutic targets through single-cell data analysis.
  4. Collaborate with the AI team to apply advanced statistical models and machine learning techniques to contribute to AI model development.
  5. Utilize your excellent communication skills to relay findings to various stakeholders.
Your Profile
  • PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistical Genetics, or a related biology-focused field.
  • Proven expertise in Single-Cell and Spatial Biology data, with publications in high-impact journals (e.g., Nature, Cell).
  • Extensive experience in curation and organization of these datasets.
  • Proficiency in Python programming, with exposure to machine learning methods and applied statistics.
  • Highly motivated to contribute to the development of innovative AI models for discovering novel biomarkers.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
