Working with family-run business in their search for a Workshop Technician.This company has built a strong reputation for quality and reliability, growing continuously while maintaining its core values and supportive team culture.

Location: Gaydon
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + excellent bonus scheme
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm
Training available

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with practical experience working with farm machinery to join a small, close-knit team.You'll be responsible for the refurbishment, repair, and maintenance of agricultural vehicles and machinery, ensuring they are restored to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refurbishment and repair of agricultural machinery and vehicles
  • General maintenance and servicing of equipment
  • Welding and spray painting (if required) (is a great skill to have but not essential)
  • Valeting and washing machinery before dispatch
  • Managing time effectively across multiple tasks
  • Supporting team members and contributing to personal development

What We're Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience working with farm machinery (essential)
  • Maintenance and repair experience within agricultural, plant, or heavy machinery
  • Welding skills (preferred, but training available)
  • Self-motivated with a practical, problem solving mindset
  • Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
