WHAT WILL THE SCRUM MASTER BE DOING?

You will be leading an Agile team and be responsible for a suite of software applications. You will help the team work in the most efficient manner to provide maximum value for the customer.

WE NEED THE SCRUM MASTER TO HAVE…

• Enhanced DV Security Clearance
• Experience working with Product Owners and development teams
• The ability to guide and coach Scrum teams on how to use best Agile & Scrum practices
• The ability to drive the Agile execution of the project
• The drive to sustain continued improvement
• Ability to assist with internal and external communication
• Develop a high-performing team
• Background in software development/leading software teams
• Implement new & efficient ways of working
