About The Role

At GSF Car Parts, our Warehouse Operatives play an important role within the team by ensuring orders are picked and packed, and ready for delivery to our customers. They champion customer service delivery through efficient coordination of warehouse stock and understand the importance of delivery timeframes.

Main Duties include:

1. Checking and putting away supplier-delivered parts
2. Picking and loading vans accurately and promptly
3. Checking customer returns for resale, warranty, or surcharge
4. Verifying stock quantities against the computer system and ensuring stock is stored in the correct bin locations

Working hours: Approximately Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse or similar environment
• Ability to work well under pressure
• A good team player
• Efficient work ethic with attention to detail
• Understanding of customer service and meeting deadlines
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of car parts and the automotive industry (desirable)
