The Workday Engagement Manager is needed to drive user adoption, satisfaction, and proficiency within the Workday platform. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve user experience, providing training and support, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective utilisation of Workday functionalities. This role requires 3 days a week onsite in London and is Inside IR35.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in user training, support, or change management.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Workday functionalities and best practices.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training materials.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles.
• Basic Workday Configuration knowledge.
