We have a robust and in-depth onboarding process where, as a new employee, you’ll first complete your training and paid induction. During your induction, you will shadow another team member, helping you understand your role and get to know your colleagues.

Your colleagues and management team will support you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions. You will start building your support network from day one, including your management team, colleagues, and departments at Group Support.

You will be supporting clients within their own homes, assisting with their daily routines.

Your day-to-day activities may include:

• Ventilation
• Oxygen therapy
