Job description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service at the tills, website screens on the shopfloor, and the collection counter.
  • Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products, and process refunds.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy stock room, restock products from deliveries.
  • Assist customers on the shop floor by answering questions and providing product advice.
  • Build extensive knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to offer helpful recommendations.
