What the role involves
  • Client delivery across Cyber Due Diligence, Cyber post-deal reviews, improvement activities, and other transaction scenarios.
  • Collaborating with high-performing Cyber Solutions consultants in London and across EMEA.
  • Supporting the Cyber M&A sales cycle, including client pitches, proposals, and onboarding.
  • Leading client meetings with senior stakeholders to advise on cyber approaches for due diligence, integration, carve-out, and incident response.
  • Contributing to scaling our delivery model through templates and internal collaboration.
  • Presenting to infrastructure fund and corporate clients on Cyber Security in M&A contexts.

Our Transaction Advisory team is dedicated to providing leading transaction-related advice, including Cyber Security, Climate impact analysis, Risk & Insurance, and Human Capital. We guide clients through the transaction cycle from pre-deal due diligence to post-close consulting.

Cyber has been a key growth area for our Infrastructure team. As we expand, we seek an Associate Director to support our next phase of growth.

Skills and experience for success
  • Knowledge of cyber within Infrastructure assets, such as energy, water, transportation, telecommunications, and social infrastructure.
  • Understanding of policies, procedures, governance, and technical solutions for infrastructure compliance.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic M&A environment with Infrastructure funds and deal teams.
  • Technical expertise in areas like security design, infrastructure, network, applications, data, cloud architecture, and secure SDLC, possibly including ethical hacking.
  • Experience in developing and delivering client pitches and proposals.
  • Project management and collaborator management skills.
  • Knowledge of data protection and compliance regulations.
