Job Description

• Leading and managing the Finance team in the Accounting & Finance department.
• Overseeing the preparation and finalisation of annual financial statements.
• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
• Participating in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Providing sound financial advice to senior management.
• Conducting financial audits and presenting findings to the board.
• Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Accountant Manager should have:

• A professional accounting qualification.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Not For Profit sector.
• Excellent financial management and strategic planning skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
• The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
