UP TO £40K DOE | ONSITE | BRISTOL

Our client is a highly respected, privately owned business led by two dynamic and hands-on Directors. Based Bristol, their office houses a small, close-knit team. The culture strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and professional.

The Role:

This is a key Executive Assistant role supporting both Directors across multiple ventures. You’ll be the organisational backbone of the business, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring priorities are handled with precision. It’s ideal for someone confident, adaptable, and proactive who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic setting.

Initially, the role will be office-based, with the potential for hybrid flexibility after 3–6 months. The Directors are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Manage complex and fast-changing diaries, appointments, and client meetings
  • Provide high-level administrative and organisational support across several businesses
  • Coordinate corporate hospitality and events, including logistics for hospitality events
  • Act as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professionalism

Requirements of the Executive Assistant:

  • Significant EA/PA or senior administrative experience at Director or C-suite level
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised with a calm, methodical approach and attention to detail
  • A flexible, proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a dynamic work environment
