Guildhall Artists (GYA) is the division of the School offering advanced training to people between the ages of 4 and 18 on Saturdays. The students are able to combine their Guildhall training with their general education in local schools.

We are currently looking for an experienced EA for the Director of Guildhall Artists (GYA) and Safeguarding and GYA Project Manager. In this busy role you will be responsible for providing high level secretarial and administrative support to the Director of GYA & Safeguarding and will work closely with all the GYA Centres which provide courses for over 1800 students between the ages of 5 – 18. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent time management skills are essential. You will be responsible for planning complex events across many different locations involved with many different stakeholder groups.

Ideal candidates should have excellent communication and organisation skills, with strong secretarial, organisational and office management skills. Experience of planning and running events and a knowledge of classical/contemporary music, drama and production arts is essential.
