Executive Assistant to Senior Director Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing comprehensive diary management
  • Managing a busy inbox, acting as a gatekeeper and responding where necessary
  • Anticipating the needs of the Senior Director
  • Coordinating complex international travel plans and detailed itineraries
  • Organising meetings and company events
  • Preparing presentations and managing excel spreadsheets
