Job Description:

Our client, a global private equity fund, headquartered in the US, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their Managing Partner/Founder.

As the EA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Managing Partner's office. You will be part of a small, very senior team of EAs, working together to support the CEO's high demand workload. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a senior figure in the investment industry, as well as senior EA colleagues.

In this role, you will provide high-level business and personal administrative support to the CEO, including managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings over time zones, and handling correspondence.

You will arrange complex international travel, accommodation, and itineraries, ensuring a seamless experience that is liable to change with short notice.

Prepare materials and briefings for executive meetings, provide project support, and support the foundation.

You will act as a point of contact between the CEO's office and internal/external stakeholders, always maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. You will collaborate with other EAs to coordinate executive meetings, share best practices, and ensure consistent support across the office.

To be considered for this role, you must have proven C-Suite level experience as an EA supporting within the investment sector. You must have demonstrable longevity in your CV, with no short stints of work. You will enjoy working as part of a team with the EAs in the CEO’s office and will have a balanced and measured style of operating.

This role is offered with 4 days in office presence in Mayfair expected. You should also be available to support 24/7 as required; however, with a team of EAs providing support, this does not necessarily require you to always work 24/7.
