Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the IR Team.
  • Coordinate and manage diaries, meetings, and appointments.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EA should have:

  • 3+ years experience working as an EA
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
