EA to HR Head – Leading Investment Bank
On-going temp
Near St Pauls & Farringdon
Office-based 5 days per week
£47,500 per annum equivalent
9 am – 6 pm, with flexibility

An opportunity to join one of the world’s most respected investment banks in a pivotal support role within the HR Division.Based in the bank’s prestigious office near St Pauls and Farringdon, this is a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leaders and be a key part of a high-performing, collaborative team.

This role will have a focus of supporting the Head of Benefits & Wellness in HR, with wider support to up to 5 functional heads, depending on capacity at the time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Complex and proactive diary management across time zones and stakeholder groups
  • Coordinating meetings, conferences, video calls, and logistics (e.g. rooms, refreshments, tech)
  • Managing global travel bookings, itineraries, and all related logistics
  • Handling phone coverage for the functional heads and wider team, including message taking and query filtering
  • Document support – preparing and formatting presentations, reports, and meeting packs
  • Organising team meetings, agendas, and minutes, ensuring effective follow-up on action items
  • Managing visitor access, courier services, expenses, invoices, and internal systems
  • Supporting onboarding of new team members and coordinating desk/tech requirements
  • Helping plan team events and fostering strong collaboration across the HCM assistant network

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Proven experience working as an EA, within an HR division, in a fast-paced, corporate environment (financial services preferred)
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A confident team player with a can-do, proactive approach and strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
