This leading boutique private equity firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to two Partners and the Head of Investor Relations.
The role will involve extensive diary and inbox management, complex international travel and roadshow coordination including liaising with portfolio companies, investors, and intermediaries. You will be responsible for seamless logistics management, inbox management, meeting preparation and this is very much a client-facing role. A role suiting a highly experienced EA, you will actively engage with the investors and portfolio companies and be a pivotal member of the investor relations team and work closely with the partners across the business. An all-encompassing EA role with lots of scope to get involved and as you are part of a small team it is very much an ‘all hands-on deck’ mentality.
As a small and highly renowned team in their field, you will collaboratively be pivotal to the team's success. All of the EAs are valued and given a high level of responsibility across their roles. As the pace is fast, the role will suit someone with some experience gained within investor relations/roadshows and a real interest in building their skills as part of this highly successful team.

Salary to £60-65,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus
