EA to Head of Benefits & Wellness – Leading Investment Bank

Type: Ongoing temp

Location: Near St Pauls & Farringdon

Work Arrangement: Office-based 5 days per week

Salary: £47,500 per annum equivalent

Hours: 9 am – 6 pm, with flexibility

An opportunity to join one of the world’s most respected investment banks in a pivotal support role within the HR Division. Based in the bank’s prestigious office near St Pauls and Farringdon, this role offers the chance to work alongside senior leaders and be an integral part of a high-performing, collaborative team.

This position primarily supports the Head of Benefits & Wellness, with potential support to up to 5 functional heads depending on capacity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Manage complex and proactive diaries across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, video calls, and logistics (e.g., rooms, refreshments, tech)
  • Handle global travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics
  • Manage phone coverage for the team, including message taking and query filtering
  • Prepare and format presentations, reports, and meeting packs
  • Organise team meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items
  • Oversee visitor access, courier services, expenses, invoices, and internal systems
  • Support onboarding of new team members and coordinate desk/tech requirements
  • Assist in planning team events and promote collaboration across the HCM assistant network
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Proven experience as an EA in a fast-paced, corporate environment (financial services preferred)
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • High discretion, professionalism, and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proactive team player with a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with proficient MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
