  • Acting as primary point of contact for all incoming communications to the office.
  • Prioritising extremely busy agendas, managing travel, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handling confidential meeting documents and information with complete discretion.
  • Drafting correspondence and producing reports and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Arranging complex global meeting schedules.
  • Scheduling training events from start to finish.
  • Coordinating logistics for annual HR offsites.
  • Managing invoices and expenses.
  • Participating in weekly HR team meetings.
  • Working on HR related special projects.
  • Minuting meetings.
