Job Description:

EA to Directors, Family Office/Iconic Brand, West End

Immediate Start | Hybrid (4/1)

Are you an experienced PA with a passion for supporting senior leadership in a dynamic environment?

Do you thrive in fast-paced roles where no two days are the same? And do you enjoy being the 'eyes and ears' of the office; someone people can rely on?

If you excel at managing ever-changing schedules, juggling multiple tasks, and supporting top-tier leadership, we'd love to hear from you!

We are looking for an exceptional EA to support the Directors of a hugely prestigious company based in the West End. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and ready to bring a "no job too big or too small" attitude to a close-knit, fast-moving team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Full diary and travel management for the Directors, keeping ahead of their schedules at all times
  • Organising itineraries for business trips, important meetings, and events
  • Prioritising and managing communications—both phone and email
  • Building strong relationships across all levels of the business, acting as an ambassador for the company
  • Welcoming and liaising with guests and clients in a professional, polished manner
  • Managing expenses and maintaining the CRM database
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects, often with short notice, flexibility is key!

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as an EA at Director level in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, you’ll need to stay two steps ahead!
  • Calm, professional, and able to adapt quickly to last minute changes
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A steady career trajectory with a proven track record of success

Why You’ll Love It:

  • A supportive, non-hierarchical culture where everyone’s contribution is valued
  • The open plan offices have a great vibe, a buzz, friendly, collaborative, purposeful and forward thinking
  • A fantastic opportunity to grow and learn within a globally renowned company
  • A role that keeps you on your toes with exciting new challenges every day

If you're ready to bring your organisational expertise to a role where you’ll truly make a difference, apply now and join a truly exceptional team!
