Your new role
Our client seeks an experienced, highly organized, and motivated EA to COO and EA Manager to lead a team of 4 EAs and provide top-notch support to the COO. You will oversee the team, mentor and develop team members, and provide direct EA support to the COO. Your role involves defining and evolving the EA function to meet strategic needs, managing daily responsibilities, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will foster a collaborative, high-performing culture, lead by example, and ensure efficient resource allocation. You will also manage key events, company-wide communication, travel processes, and drive alignment on company goals.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have been an EA at a senior level, managed a team of EAs and PAs, and possess leadership experience. Understanding executive needs, building trust, giving feedback, and helping others grow are essential. You must be organized, proactive, and able to improve processes. Experience in a technology/software company and a fast-paced start-up/scale-up environment is advantageous.
What you'll get in return
Salary ranges from £55,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
