This organisation operates in the dynamic realm of digital advertising, marketing, and technology services, focusing on the rapidly expanding segment within the advertising and marketing industry.

Your new role

This role will be supporting the company's Executive Chairman in a personal and professional capacity. Due to the demands of the role, you will be expected to be available 2 weekends per month to provide support.

Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate communication with conference organisers to arrange speaking opportunities.
  2. Handle logistics related to speaking engagements and event attendance.
  3. Collaborate internally with Marketing and Media teams to promote events and facilitate networking.
  4. Regularly update the Master events tracker to secure future speaking opportunities based on the current year’s activities.
  5. Manage Investor Roadshows with various financial institutions, including communication, calendar entries, and itinerary updates.
  6. Coordinate Results day activities, including press arrangements.
  7. Provide backup support for diary and meeting management.
  8. Assist in scheduling virtual meetings, face-to-face meetings, interviews, podcasts, and investor meetings.
  9. Contribute to arrangements and Annual Report preparations.
  10. Maintain the Social Engagement Tracker using Powerscourt (Google Sheets) for accurate record-keeping.
What you'll need to succeed
  1. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Sheets.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  5. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  6. Prior experience in event coordination or executive assistance roles.
  7. Familiarity with financial or investor relations environments.
  8. Knowledge of social media engagement tracking tools.
  9. Previous experience with diary management and scheduling software.
