We’re searching for an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Group CFO—someone who thrives under pressure, thinks two steps ahead, and brings calm, precision and discretion to complex operations. You’ll be a true business partner, gatekeeper and strategic enabler across international teams and high-stakes projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Masterfully manage a fast-moving calendar across time zones
• Handle high-volume communications and ensure nothing important slips through
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing packs and presentations with polish and accuracy
• Support financial and strategic initiatives, including reporting and data analysis
• Build trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Own travel planning from A to Z: flights, accommodation, logistics
• Oversee office coordination, expense management, and financial admin
• Maintain absolute discretion while handling sensitive information
