Are you an outstanding EA who thrives under pressure, loves being the right hand to a high-performing C-suite leader, and brings poise, precision, and personality to everything you do?

This is a brilliant opportunity to support a dynamic and forward-thinking CFO at the heart of a globally renowned, fast-growing organisation. You’ll be trusted with high-level responsibilities, act as a true business partner, and play a central role in driving key initiatives forward.

We're looking for someone who is not only switched-on and solutions-focused, but also proactive, discreet, and genuinely passionate about making an executive’s life run smoothly.

This role is in office every day.

In this role, you'll be:

  • Acting as a true gatekeeper and ambassador for the CFO
  • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the Executive Committee and Board, investors, bankers, and lawyers
  • Proactively managing a demanding and ever-changing diary
  • Monitoring and prioritising communications across multiple channels
  • Preparing insightful, polished materials including reports and presentations
  • Gathering and interpreting data to support high-level strategic decisions
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, leadership offsites, and events
  • Taking ownership of special projects, from start to finish

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience as an EA at C-suite level within a global, fast-paced environment
  • Top-tier organisational skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Gravitas, emotional intelligence, and outstanding communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills and confidence working with financial information
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt with ease
  • A genuine desire to be a valued partner in a high-performance culture

This is more than just a traditional EA role – it’s a chance to be part of something ambitious, international, and fast-moving. If you love variety, thrive on responsibility, and enjoy being at the heart of the action, we’d love to hear from you.
