  4. Regularly liaise professionally with high-profile stakeholders.
  5. Stay on top of deliverables across multiple time zones, juggling shifting priorities with ease.
  6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all key engagements.
Who You Are
  • You’ve supported a C-suite executive, ideally in a fast-paced boutique or start-up environment.
  • You have high emotional intelligence and resilience, and can work efficiently under pressure.
  • You are a natural multi-tasker, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • You understand board governance, investor relations, and the importance of diplomacy.
  • You thrive in a nimble, high-performance team—hands-on, with a collaborative attitude.
  • A graduate with a medical/pharmaceutical background is preferred.
  • You have proven experience in global travel and scheduling, adept at managing frequent changes and multiple time zones.
Why This Role?
  • Join a business at the forefront of science and innovation.
  • Work directly with a visionary CEO.
  • Be involved in high-impact decisions and conversations.
  • Competitive salary and evolving benefits package.
