Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO – High-Growth FinTech

This exciting boutique FinTech start-up (in its third year) are seeking a sharp, intellectually curious, and highly capable Executive Assistant to support the visionary Founder and CEO of a rapidly growing FinTech firm. Based in Southwest London, this is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal 1:1 role at the heart of a fast-moving, globally connected business.

This role goes far beyond traditional EA support. You will act as a key strategic partner to the CEO, navigating a constantly shifting international schedule, liaising with senior stakeholders and global investors, and serving as the key link across leadership, board, and operational teams. The CEO is an intellectual and high achiever. He is frequently travelling — across the U.S., Australia, and the Middle East — and your logistical skills, ability to pivot and good judgment will be critical.

You will be one of two senior EAs in a close-knit, high-performing team — someone who brings not only top-tier organisational acumen but also the intellectual agility to adapt as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic diary and inbox management for the CEO
  • Global travel planning, often across multiple time zones and continents
  • High-level coordination of board meetings and investor engagements
  • Ownership of all logistics for UK and international board meetings
  • Acting as a trusted liaison between the CEO, leadership team, and global stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 8 years’ experience supporting a C-suite executive
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Gravitas, discretion, and emotional intelligence (EQ) in spades
  • Experience in a boutique, fast-paced environment is key
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including global boards and investors
  • A strategic mindset and natural intellectual curiosity
  • Graduate-calibre with a strong academic track record
