Our client is looking for a highly accomplished Senior Executive Assistant to join their fast-paced fund in Mayfair – a pivotal role combining high-level executive support with team leadership.

Do you have experience of working with senior leaders in finance?

Are you collaborative and a team player, with the skill and experience of leading a team, building processes and setting up systems?

What you’ll do:

  • Provide complex diary, inbox, and travel management for C-suite executives
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, prepare materials, and ensure meticulous follow-up
  • Arrange international travel with precision – from multi-stop itineraries to on-the-ground logistics
  • Support and orchestrate leadership offsites, townhalls, and senior meetings
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and discretion
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to maintain smooth, proactive communication
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee the EA team to ensure seamless executive support across the business
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
