About Our Client

This is a well-established organisation based in Medway, known for its strong presence in the market. The CEO is requiring an EA to assist him with his day to day operations. The CEO also regularly travels from UK to the US and Asia Pac, so it needs to be someone who can adapt to time zones / be flexible on working hours

Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate the daily schedules of senior executives, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintain and organise documentation, ensuring easy accessibility and accuracy.
  • Proactively identify and resolve administrative challenges to improve workflow.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Strong experience working within an EA role to C-Suite level
  • Holds a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to adapt to different time zones / flexible with working hours
  • Previous experience managing international travel
  • Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
