A really exciting opportunity to join a company who help to plan, deliver and manage large-scale events and venues, are looking for an EA to support their CEO and CFO for a 12-month maternity cover, starting ASAP.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Work closely with the CEO, CFO and wider leadership team, the role will include:

  • Managing diaries, appointments, emails, and expense reports.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics and agendas.
  • Acting as a liaison between executives and the wider team.
  • Supporting the running of the London office, greeting guests and coordinating events.
  • Assisting with project reporting, presentation preparation, and travel planning.
  • Providing personal support, from holiday bookings to household admin.
  • Collaborating with other assistants across their global offices.


WHO YOU ARE:



  • Experience as an EA in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Experience of working within events would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Degree-qualified or equivalent, ideally in a business-related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Apple MacOS.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication.
  • Friendly, open and supportive with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and always professional.
  • Confident, proactive, and eager to improve how things are done.
  • Ready to travel within the UK and internationally when needed.
