An exciting role has arisen for an experienced EA to support the CEO and Head of Investor Relations of this boutique real estate investment firm (West End) in start-up mode. The ideal candidate will need to have at least six years’ experience supporting the CEO or Founder. This is a dynamic and varied role where you will manage complex multi-stop global travel and scheduling as well as inbox management for the CEO. You will need to have proven experience in initiating end to end travel across global timezones with complex multiple meeting scheduling. The scheduling is key to the role so you must be someone that is excited by the complexity around this and pivoting at short notice. A key part of the role will be to help support the Head of IR with the planning of roadshows, events, dinners and conferences as well as building key relationships and updating investor relations information to their CRM.

As the senior EA you will need to have a solid track record in providing high level administrative support and the ability to pivot at short notice. This is a highly cohesive and non-hierarchical team who work at pace and will suit an EA who can really own their role and enjoy the responsibility. You will need to be someone who excels at providing 360 support for a CEO but who stays a step ahead but also enjoys being a team player and muck in helping to drive through processes and being highly solutions led.

This is an exciting and often high pressure environment so you must enjoy reacting fast as you will quickly become a key member of the team. You will need to be highly organised, calm under pressure and have meticulous attention to detail so the role will suit an experienced plate spinner ! As it is a client facing role it will suit a confident and professional EA who likes to handle multiple complex tasks and think outside the box but who can also be flexible, as the needs required, outside of core working hours.

Experience

  • Minimum six years’ experience as EA to CEO or Founder/s - boutique environment
  • A diary Ninja (it is complex and a key part to the role)
  • Investment sector or professional services experience
  • Longevity in your previous roles is essential
  • Highly communicative, detail driven, confident and intuitive.
  • Proven experience managing a complex diary and coordinating multizone travel and global meetings
  • Highly competent using MS Office, AI tools (a benefit) and CRMs and tech savvy
  • Self-motivated, proactive, small company mentality and tenacious but also not be afraid to push back
  • Low ego, happy to muck in as required
