Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO - Hybrid

Job Description:

Our client in the TV Production industry has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role is based in Central London, with hybrid working involving 2-3 days in the office per week. The position offers a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.

Ideal candidates will have experience supporting senior management or C-Suite executives in a creative or production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate the CEO's and management team's diaries.
  2. Arrange complex travel and accommodation for the CEO.
  3. Serve as an efficient first point of contact for the group.
  4. Support other team assistants to ensure senior management are well supported.
  5. Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, including Board meetings, and brief the CEO and team beforehand.
  6. Produce high-quality written materials such as letters, emails, memos, reports, agendas, minutes, and presentations.
  7. Reconcile monthly expenses for the CEO.
  8. Coordinate internal and external events.
