The Vacancy

We’re looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. As the gatekeeper, you will manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritise emails, calls and meeting requests, and handle correspondence to align with the CEO’s strategic objectives.

The ability to streamline the CEO’s day-to-day activities with precision and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information is fundamental.

Given the nature of the role, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with the requirement to work in the office. You’ll need to be extremely proactive, hardworking and have previous experience in a similar role. You’ll need previous experience of minute taking and working with senior stakeholders.

You Will Need To Be

  • A self-starter with strong organisational skills
  • Conscientious and able to manage your time efficiently
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Packages including Microsoft Teams
